This Privacy Policy explains how Quantrolix collects and uses information when you use CannaLog.
Information We Collect
- Account data: email address, hashed password, and profile name
- Grow data: grows, plants, logs, tasks, sensor entries, and notes
- Media data: plant photos and related metadata
- Subscription data: plan tier and purchase verification metadata
- Technical data: basic request logs required for reliability and security
How We Use Information
- Provide core app functionality, sync, and account access
- Process subscription tier access and feature gating
- Generate optional AI diagnostic outputs when you explicitly request analysis
- Maintain system security, fraud prevention, and uptime monitoring
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate CannaLog, such as infrastructure, storage, and payment/receipt verification services.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account in-app, which permanently removes account-associated grow records and media from active systems.
Your Choices
- Review and update grow records from within the app
- Export your data using in-app export tools (when available by plan)
- Delete your account at any time from Settings
